The AES Versacut Fudge and Confectionery Cutter is designed specifically to cut Fudge when it is in slab form. Fully fabricated in stainless steel, the Versacut is a safe, effective machine that will improve both your operation's output and the quality of your product. Accuracy of cutting

The Versacut enables you to cross-cut your Fudge or Confectionery to any grid size you select. The extremely accurate cutting mechanism is designed to offer a high quality result, while minimising product wastage.

The Versacut eliminates the need for costly, slow wire-cutting by hand and therefore reduces the incidence of staff repetitive strain injuries.

Speed of cutting

The Versacut will reduce your cutting time per slab to 15 to 20 seconds. The average time to cut a slab by hand is 5 to 10 minutes.
